Leveraging the collective business and professional expertise of our members, we expand the potential for economic development, especially for young people and women.
Nearly 800 million people live on less than $1.90 a day. Rotary members are passionate about providing sustainable solutions to poverty.
We strengthen local entrepreneurs and community leaders, particularly women, in under-resourced communities — offering business development advice, financial management training and access to well-paying jobs. Our members also support sustainable farming, helping farmers improve soil fertility, control erosion and market their produce.
